摘要
Abstract
Objective Efficacy of metformin in the treatment of elderly patients with diabetes mellitus. Method Methods 68 elderly patients with diabetes mellitus in our hospital from June 2015 to ~2016 in August were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was given repaglinide treatment, the observation group taking metformin treatment, blood glucose were compared between the two groups after treatment. Result: Through two different groups of drug treatment, the observation group taking metformin can significantly improve blood sugar of patients is better than that of the control group patients taking repaglinide, there were significant differences between the two groups of data (P<0.05). conclusion: For patients with diabetes using metformin in patients with blood glucose regulation effect is obvious, improve the patient's own blood sugar control ability, worthy of clinical treatment of the disease preferred drugs.关键词
