Hierarchical and Distributed Optimal Scheduling of AC/DC Hybrid Active Distribution Network

Abstract
AC/DC hybrid active distribution network (ADN) will be an important form of future smart grid. One of the keys of it is the energy management technology, whose core is the optimal scheduling strategy. A hierarchical and distributed coordinated multi-source optimal scheduling strategy of AC/DC hybrid ADN was proposed. In the local level, the joint output power of the renewable energy generation and energy storage was optimized. The results were reported to the upper-level. In the area level, the independence of each distribution network area was fully respected and utilized through the distributed optimization method, which ensured to find the optimal operating point of the networks including interacting systems that work together while satisfying the constraints of the whole system. The proposed optimal scheduling strategy was finally validated in a test case of AC/DC hybrid ADN.关键词
