摘要
Abstract
In this study,Took 9 maize hybrids with larger area as material,salt-soluble protein PAGE and SSR analysis were used in Comparing test of hybrids purity.The results showed that 8 hybrid could be distinguished by salt-soluble protein PAGE,and it was simple,quick,accurate,stable and cheap characteristics and can be applied in a large scale.One combinations won,t identified by salt-soluble protein PAGE because of the limitation of the low variation among salt-soluble proteins.40 primerswere used in SSR analysis and only 3 primer combinations could identify all the 9 hybrid corn combinations,But it canct be applied in a large scale on account of its high expense.In conclusion,salt-soluble protein PAGE can be used in most cases and SSR can be used in identifying difficultly.关键词
