Optimization Germination of Hypericum attenuatum Seeds by Using Response Surface Method
摘要
Abstract
Optimizing Germination of Hypericum attenuatum by using response surface method.Using Germination rate as the evaluationg index,study on effect of temperature,GA,soaking time,pH on the test.By using Central composite design experiment,further analysis by response surface method.And ultimately to determine feasibility and Economics best germination of Hypericum process.Results show:The best germination technology of Hypericum attenuatum seeds is at 22 ℃,2.6g/L GA pH6 and soaking for 24hours.关键词
