A Study on Gentic diversity of Auricularia auricula in Heilongjiang Area Based on ITS Sequence Analysi.
摘要
Abstract
Gentic relationship among different strains by analyzing the ITS sequences of 8 wild Auricularia auricula strains and 15 cultivated strains.The results showed that the wild strain distance range is greater,genetic variation coefficient is larger,the genetic diversity is higher than cultivated strains.关键词
