Establishment of Rapid Propagation System of Rose Tissue Culture
摘要
Abstract
This experiment by Chinese rose variety "black magic" (red) and "peach avalanche" (white) not lignification stems as explants,The light intensity and the influence of plant growth regulator on axillary bud germination;Plant growth regulator on the proliferation of multiple shoot clumps;Somaclone rooting the best medium to establish Chinese rose tissue culture system of rapid propagation.The results show that the two Chinese rose variety of axillary bud germination medium for MS + 1mg/L 6-BA,To the weak light training (not open) as the fill light can promote axillary bud germination and growth;Multiple shoot clumps proliferation medium for 2 mg/L 6-BA + 0.5 mg/L KT,The somaclone best rooting medium for MS + 0.3 mg/L IBA.关键词
