Insecticidal Activity of Extracts from Walnut Peel on Corn Leaf Aphid
摘要
Abstract
To study under different conditions of walnut peel extract of corn aphid insecticidal activity.using single factor and orthogonal test method,the calculation of different concentration,temperature and time on the extract of walnut green husk corn aphid mortality and mortality,to determine the effects of different factors on the antifeedant activity of walnut peel.test showed that the extract concentration is 100mg/mL,the temperature is 25℃,time is 48h walnut peel extract showed the highest activity of corn aphid.the concentration of the extracts of walnut green husk activity against the greatest impact,followed by the time factor,for the study of plant development in walnut peel as raw materials of pesticides,and provide a theoretical basis for the realization of safe and efficient control of corn leaf aphid.关键词
