视黄醇结合蛋白在糖尿病早期肾病诊断中的应用价值
Value of retinol binding protein in the early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy

Abstract
Objectives To investigate the detailed application of retinol binding protein in the early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy.Methods In this study were collected in March 2015 ~ our hospital Endocrinology Endocrinology 30 patients with diabetes alone,30 cases of early diabetic nephropathy,as well as health checks for the same period exclude diabetic subjects were 30 cases for the study period November 2015.Comparative study in three groups of subjects' retinol binding protein,urea,and serum creatinine detection level indicators,and the positive rate of these indicators will be collated.Results The three groups of subjects' values were not significantly different contrast urea detected (P>0.05),no statistically significant;in diabetic nephropathy early detection of serum creatinine was significantly higher in non-diabetic nephropathy early group (P<0.05),with statistical significance,the control group,no early diabetic nephropathy serum creatinine values detected no significant difference in comparison (P>0.05),no statistically significant;early diabetic nephropathy retinol binding protein detection value significantly higher early diabetic nephropathy group without (P<0.05),non-diabetic nephropathy early detection serum creatinine value was significantly higher (P>0.05),with statistical significance.Conclusion The early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy,the detection and analysis of retinol binding protein levels has a positive meaning,is an important biochemical treatment of diabetic nephropathy early diagnosis and treatment,deserves clinical attention.关键词
