摘要
Abstract
Objectives To explore the influence of the location of screw blade on effect of proximal femoral nail anti-rotation (PFNA) in treatment of elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture. Methods A total of 73 elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture were selected and divided into group A (n=35) and group B (n=38) according to the different locations of screw blades. In group A,both anterior and lateral positions of the screw blade were located in the central femoral head (C/C),while in group B,the positions were located in 1/3 inferior to and in central femoral head (I/C).The fracture reduction and the occurrence rates of complications were observed in both groups, and tip-apex distance (TAD),postoperative complete weight-bearing time, healing time of fracture and Harris scores after postoperative 1,3 and 6 months were compared between two groups. Results There was no significant differences between two groups in the postoperative fracture reduction, complete weight-bearing time, healing time of fracture,Harris scores, and occurrence rates of complications after operation (P>0.05).Compared with group B,group A was notably shorter in TAD,and there was significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion PFNA screw blade has excellent and similar therapeutic efficacy in locations of C/C and I/C in the treatment of elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture.关键词
