Abstract
Objectives To analyze the effects of Shuxuetong combined with ozagrel on serum D-dimer,C-reactive protein and homocysteine in patients with acute stroke.Methods A total of 93 patients with acute stroke in our hospital from April 2001 to November 2015 were selected as study subjects.The patients were divided into study group (n=52) and control group (n=41) according to the random number table method.The patients in the study group were treated with Shuxuetong combined with ozagrel.The patients in the control group were only treated with ozagrel.The clinical curative effect and the serum D-dimer,C-reactive protein and homocysteine index.Results In the study group,21 cases were cured,27 cases were effective and 4 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 92.31%.In the control group,16 cases were cured,17 cases were effective,8 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 80.49% In the control group,the difference was significant (χ2=8.725,P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the levels of DD,hs-CRP and Hcy between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05).After treatment,the indexes of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0.05),And the study group was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Shuxuetong has many neuroprotective and antithrombotic effects,such as multi-directional regulation,multi-target and so on.Ozagrel can prevent thrombosis and inhibit platelet aggregation.The combination of the two can enhance immunity,anti-oxidation and anti-inflammation.Rheology,effectively promote the recovery of stroke patients.关键词
