Abstract
Objectives To observe the effect and security of combined treatment of rosuvastain and fenofibrate in acute myocardial infarction patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods 68 hospitalized cases of acute myocardial infarction with type 2 diabetes combined with serum high triglyceride(TG) levels and /or reduced high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) were selected and randomly divided into two groups on the basis of conventional treatment :control group(32cases),gave rosuvastatin 10mg every night,micronized fenofibrate 200 mg,1 times a day.(1)The level of total cholesterol(TC),TG,low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) and HDL-C were respectively detected in before treatment,8 weeks and 12 weeks after treatment.(2)Collected venous blood of all patients on admission and 4weeks after admission.Adopted latex turbidimetric immunoassay to detect serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP)levels.Adopted enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA)to quantitatively detect of serum interleukin-6(IL-6)levels.Statisti Statistically compared serum CRP and IL-6 levels of different groups at different time points.Adverse reactions and clinical events were recorded.Results ①After 8 weeks and 12 weeks of treatment,the levels of TC,TG,LDL-C in in two groups were significantly lower than that before treatment.After 12 weeks of treatment,decreased significantly (P<0.01).HDL-C increased in two groups after treatment.HDL-C obviously increased after 12 weeks (P<0.05).②The inflammatory factor levels were all elevated in the two groups of patients before treatment,and there were no significant difference.After treatment,the inflammatory factors levels were all decreased.12 weeks the inflammatory factors levels were significantly lower in the study group than those in the control group(P<0.05).③During the treatment,there were no serious adverse events in two groups.Conclusion The combined treatment of rosuvastatin and fenofibrate can help blood lipid comprehensive standards on acute myocardial infarction with type 2 diabetes,and can effectively inhibit the inflammatory response in patients with acute myocardial infarction.关键词
