自我管理干预在结直肠癌手术患者中的应用效果
The effect of self management intervention on patients with colorectal cancer surgery

Abstract
Objectives To explore the effect of self management intervention on patients with colorectal cancer surgery.Methods 129 cases of colorectal cancer were selected during the period from January 2014 to July 2016 in our hospital,take the way of random number table.The patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group;the control method of the conventional nursing group were treated with the experimental group increased self management intervention on the basis of the control group;compared two groups of patients self management efficacy,VAS score,SAS score.Results After 3 months nursing management,self efficacy in experimental group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05);VAS score of experimental group was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05),the experimental group and the control group of patients with SAS were 37.47±4.81,56.48±4.63,patients in the experimental group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Self management intervention in patients with colorectal cancer surgery patients with good effect,can effectively improve the patients' self management efficacy.关键词
