膨体聚四氟乙烯与自体耳软骨在鼻部整形中的联合应用
The Application of Expanded Polytetrafluoroethylene Combined with Autologous Cartilage in Rhinoplasty

Abstract
Objective To study the effect of combined application of ePTFE and auricular cartilage in nasal plastic surgery.Methods Nasal column base to do the "V"-shaped incision, line "V-Y" approach,taking the unilateral or bilateral ear cartilage combined with expanded polytetrafluoroethylene pruning appropriate, placed in the nasal fascia space for rhinoplasty.Results 64 cases had good postoperative effects, nasal extension effect was obvious, low nose, nostrils exposed, nasal pyramid retreat, nosal hypertrophy, and wide nose were corrected.Nasal extension length was 5-11mm, the average extension was 9mm,nose protruding height was 3-7mm, the average higher than 4mm.No postoperative prosthesis exposed,there were 5 cases of mild deviation of the prosthesis,1 case was infection, but were successfully restored.Conclusion Expanded polytetrafluoroethylene combined with autologous cartilage to shape the nose, can change the external nasal morphology and the aesthetic effect is better.Patients are highly satisfied with medical treatment of less postoperative complications and good safety.关键词
