Abstract
Objective To investigate the treatment effect for different remove path of polyacrylamide hydrogel from breast.Methods Data of 126 patients with complications after polyacrylamide hydrogel injection for breast augmentation from January 2012 to December 2015 were retrospectively analyzed.All the polyacrylamide hydrogel were cleared by means of areola and different incision.Follow-up and evaluation of postoperative effect.Results 71 patients were treated with areola incision, 55 patients were treated with axillary incision.There was no difference in healing rate in phase Ⅰ of incision and satisfaction rate of operation between the two groups postoperative(P＞0.05).There was a obviously differences in Polyacrylamide hydrogel residue((P＜0.05).Conclusion The incision on both sides of papilla within the areola and around the bottom edge of the nipple is suitable for all kinds of situations.Scar is not obvious.This kind of operation should be the first choice.Some patients demanding strong and according to some especial conditions may be breast augmentation surgery with silicone prosthesis at the same time.关键词
