摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of applying tensor fascia lata myocutaneous flap transplantation combined with vacuum sealing drainage therapeutics to cure trochiterian bedsore.Methods 12 cases of trochiterian bedsore in the Youanmen Hospital from June 2010 to June 2015 were treated, among which 7 cases were male, 5 female, age range from 35 to 75 years old, average age was 58.3.Vacuum sealing drainage to remove the wound foreign objects, control after wound inflammation, then tensor fascia lata myocutaneous flap transplantation to repair bedsore lesions.Results Tensor fascia lata myocutaneous flap all survived, bedsore wound completely closed.Conclusion Tensor fascia lata myocutaneous flap transplantation combined with vacuum sealing drainage therapeutics is reliable to cure trochiterian bedsore.It has the features of easy to transfer, large amount of organization supply and remarkable curative effect.关键词
