Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of negative pressure wound therapy (NPWT) in the treatment of diabetic foot and its influence on the patients' social psychology.Methods Randomly divided 80 cases of patients with diabetic foot in January 2011-2016 year in June in our hospital as the observation group (40 cases) and control group (40 cases), patients in the observation group received NPWT treatment, the control group received traditional gauze dressing treatment.Patients of two groups were compared the curative effect of, treatment effect(wound healing time, cost of treatment, the amputation rate) and before and after treatment in patients with type 2 diabetes quality of life scale (DMQLS) score.Results The efficient of observation group patients was superior to that of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Observation group wound healing time and cost of treatment and the amputation rate were significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Between groups before treatment, according to the comparison between observation group and control group patients DMQLS scale disease, mental, physical, social, and satisfied compared with the score of five dimensions differences had no statistical significance (P＞0.05).Group comparison before and after the treatment, according to the observation group and control group patients DMQLS rating scale were significantly decreased, compared with the difference before and after the treatment are statistically significant (P＜0.01).Group after treatment, according to the comparison between observation group of patients DMQLS rating scale were significantly lower than the control group, compare the differences between groups were statistically significant (P＜0.01).Conclusion The curative effect of NPWT technique in the treatment of diabetic foot is accurate, has the aesthetic effect, wound healing time is short, the economic burden of patients with light, amputation rate is low, and can also improve the psychological status and social function of patients.关键词
