牙槽骨厚度与正畸治疗相关性研究进展
Progress in the Relationship between the Thickness of the Alveolar Bone and Orthodontic Treatment
摘要
Abstract
The final result of orthodontic treatment depends on the ability and range of root movement of teeth.The thickness of the alveolar bone is largely associated with the the distance and direction of tooth movement during the orthodontic treatment.Insufficient bone amount largely increases the risk of bony dehiscence and fenestration,root resorption or unsatisfying aesthetics of anterior region,and periodontal tissue damages.Factors related to the thickness of alveolar bone are:teeth position, type of malocclusion, periodontal biological type, and etc.This paper aims to review the relationship between alveolar bone thickness and orthodontic treatment, as well as factors influencing alveolar bone thickness.关键词
