Abstract
Objective To evaluate theCompare three methods of treatment (triamcinolone acetonide acetate injection, beauty skin care to stick ,32P patches) clinical curative effect and safety of hyperplastic scar, explore a safe and effective clinical treatment. Methods By the method of retrospective analysis, 384 cases of hyperplastic scar patients, treated with random method (draw) group, according to different therapeutic methods are divided into 3 groups, group A of 126 cases with local injection of triamcinolone acetonide injection. Group B 128 cases treated by beauty skin care were applied. Of 130 cases of group C, 32p sticking therapy, the curative effect of patients after treatment of data. By comparing the χ2value of three groups of experimental data to verify the cure rate of the differences. Results After data analysis, A set of experimental cases 126 cases, cure rate 52.38%, the experimental group B cases 128 cases, cure rate 57.81%, the experimental group C cases 130 cases, cure rate 92.31%, after A year of follow-up data records and statistical analysis of clinical experiment results, the three groups after treatment to cure rate comparing two statistics: group A and group B cure rate differences had statistical significance (P>0.05), group A and group C cure rate difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), group B and C group cure rate difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Three methods (triamcinolone acetonide acetate injection, beauty skin care to stick and 32P patches) treatment, 32P sticking therapy is the most effective treatment for breast hyperplastic scar.关键词
