Study on Maxillary Sinus Floor Lifting from Alveolar Crest without Bone Graft with Simultaneous Dental Implant Placement in Ridge Preservation
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the effects of maxillary sinus floor lifting from alveolar crest without bone graft with simultaneous dental implant placement in ridge preservation.Methods A total of 112 consecutives as posterior teeth defect were divided randomly into control and observation groups and each of 56 cases.The patients in control group received ridge preservation,that was iflling Bio-Oss Collagen, covering Bio-Gide iflm, delayed placing implants and bone substitute materials. The patients in observation group adopted maxillary sinus lfoor lifting from alveolar crest without bone graft with simultaneous implant placement, then to compare the effects after 6 months in follow-up.Results The height defect value before operation and elevated value after operation of the alveolar bone in the two groups were no statistical differences(P>0.05).The bone mineral density before and after operation in the two groups were either no statistical differences(P>0.05). The treatment period in observation group was shorter(P<0.05),while,the stability rate and fusion rate of implant,satisfactory rate of occlusal function by cone beam CT in the two groups were no statistical differences(P>0.05).Conclusion Maxillary sinus lfoor lifting from alveolar crest without bone graft with simultaneous dental implant placement in ridge preservation is better of the short effect,the longer effect is still proved.关键词
