延续性自我护理教育在门诊小儿包皮套环术围手术期中的应用
Application of Continuous Self-Nursing Education for the Circumcised Boy Outpatients during Perioperative Period
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the significance of conducting continuous self-nursing education for the circumcised boy outpatients during perioperative period and to summarize its influence on postoperative complications, average time of edema and patients' degree of satisfaction. Method These 236 patients who were just given general nursing education during year of 2015 in Suining Central Hospital were set as general group. While these 251 patients who were given additional continuous self-nursing education besides general nursing education during year of 2016 were set as experimental group. Rate of postoperative complication,average time before healing and degree of satisfaction of two groups were collected. Results The collected rate of postoperative complication, average time of edemaand degree of satisfaction of experimental group are significantly better than these of general groups. Conclusions The continuous self-nursing education is important in aspects of promoting patients and their families to follow doctors' instructions and self-nursing ability, decreasing the rate of postoperative complications, and improving patients' degree of satisfaction.关键词
