Abstract
Objective To investigate the influence of nursing intervention in perioperative nursing effect of patients with oral and maxillofacial fracture. Methods 230 cases of patients with oral and maxillofacial fractures admitted to our hospital from January 2012 to August 2016 were selected, they were randomly divided into nursing intervention group (n=130) and routine nursing group (n=100) two groups,the nursing efficacy, nursing satisfaction of the two groups were statistically analyzed. Results In the nursing intervention group, excellent 80 cases, 40 cases was good, the nursing excellent rate was 92.3% (120/130). In the routine nursing group, excellent 40 cases, 30 cases was good, the nursing excellent rate was 70.0% (70/100).The nursing excellent rate of the nursing intervention group was significantly higher than the routine nursing group (P<0.05).In the nursing intervention group, more satisfied 50 cases, satisfied 70 cases, the nursing satisfaction was 92.3% (120/130).In the routine nursing group, more satisfied 30 cases, satisfied 40 cases, the nursing satisfaction was 70.0% (70/100).The nursing satisfaction of the nursing intervention group was significantly higher than the routine nursing group (P<0.05). Conclusion Nursing intervention is more effective in improving the perioperative nursing effect of patients with oral and maxillofacial fractures than routine nursing,so is worthy of promotion in the clinical.关键词
