The Nursing Intervention in the Application of the Perforators Flap Transplantation Postoperative Complications

Abstract
Objective To increase the survival rate of flap and reduce the complications through effective nursing after perforator flap operation. Methods 57 cases of perforator flap operations taken from January 2014 to January 2016 in our department were summarized. Nursing measures followed were carried out, which included observing the blood circulation disorder of flaps, prevention of easily contaminant incisions, pressure sores prevention, the prevention of hypostatic pneumonia and the prevention of lower limbs vessel occultation. Results All the flaps survived successfully and got satisfactory results except that partial necrosis occurred at 4 cases, which were cured by reoperation. Conclusion These nursing methods can effectively increase the survival rate of flaps and reduce the complications.关键词
