不同苎麻基因型氮素累积与利用效率差异分析
Analysis of Differences in Nitrogen Accumulation and Utilization Efficiency of Different Feed Ramie genotypes

Abstract
Variety improvement was one of the most effective methods of enhancing nitrogen utilization efficiency (NUE) of crops.Excessive nitrogen was applied to ramie for higher yield and resulted in waste at the present.However,there was no study had reported genotypic difference in nitrogen accumulation and utilization.In this thesis,hydroponic experiments were conducted with feed ramie for evaluating genotypic difference among 30 varieties.Nitrogen accumulation and utilization characteristics were analyzed to provide evidence for ramie NUE improvement.Results showed that nitrogen accumulation,distribution and component were significantly different among genotypes.Higher nitrogen was accumulated in shoots which consisted of more NH4+ but less NO3-.Nitrate accumulation in shoots was the most sensitive index for examining NUE of feed ramie among 10 traits including ammonium accumulation in roots,etc.Remarkable differences and abundant variations of NUE among genotypes were obeserved,which showed great potential for ramie genetic improvement.关键词
