响应面法优化火麻籽蛋白质的提取工艺
Optimization of Extraction Technology of Hemp Protein by Response Surface Method

Abstract
The traditional method of alkali extraction and acid precipitation was used to gain the protein of "Hemp seed No.1" in this paper.Four factors were taken into account,including extracting time,emperature,ratio of liquid to solid and pH value.Meanwhile the single factor tests and response surface experiment were designed to get the optimal combination for the max extraction ratio of protein.The result showed that under the optimized condition of extracting time 1.58 h,extracting temperature at 49.54℃,pH 10.99,ratio of liquid to solid 20.17:1,the protein yield could reach 25.01%.It also indicated that "Hemp seed No.1" had high content of protein,which would be of great value for futher development and utilization.关键词
