实际收入与主观收入对生命质量影响的研究
Influence of Actual Income and Subjective Income on the Quality of Life
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the relationship between actual income and subjective income and analyze their effects on the quality of life.Methods Three batches of survey data were selected as samples by the method of convenience sampling.Tbe subjects were 1 023 people underwent physical examination in Beijing Tongren Hospital in June 2012,610 people underwent physical examination in the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Chinese Medicine in September 2012,and 595 people underwent physical examination in Zhuhai Hospital of Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in February 2013 respectively.The general information of the subjects was collected and their quality of life was investigated by the 36-item Short-form Health Survey Questionnaire (SF-36).The effects of actual income,subjective income on the quality of life were analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis.Results A total of 1 527 valid questionnaires were collected and the effective response rate was 68.54％.Of the 1 527 subjects,153 (10.02％) had a average monthly family income less than 2 000 yuan,727 (47.61％) had a average monthly family income between 2 000 and 3 999 yuan and 380 (24.89％) between 4 000 and 6 000 yuan,and 267 17.48％) had a average monthly family income over 6 000 yuan;1 190 (77.93％) were in general economic conditions,217 14.21％) in good economic conditions,and 120 (7.86％) in poor economic conditions.There were significant differences in Scores of physiological function (PF),physiological role (RP),bodily pain (BP),general health (GH),physical component summary (PCS),vitality (VT),social function (SF),emotional role (RE),mental health (MH),and mental component summary (MCS) among subjects of different average monthly family income (P ＜ 0.05).The score of PF,RP,BP,GH,PCS,SF,MCS of subjects whose average monthly family income between 2 000 and 3 999 yuan,between 4 000 and 6 000 yuan,and over 6 000 yuan was higher than those whose average monthly family income less than 2 000 yuan;the scores of PCS,VT,SF,RE and MH of those whose average monthly family income between 4 000 and 6 000 yuan were lower than those whose average monthly family income between 2 000 and 3 999 yuan (P ＜ 0.05).There were significant differences in the scores of PF,RP,BP,GH,PCS,VT,SF,RE,MH and MCS among people of different subjective income (P ＜ 0.05);the above indicators of subjects with general and good subjective income were higher than those with poor subjective income (P ＜ 0.05).The results of multivariate linear regression analysis showed that the average monthly family income had no effect on the scores of PCS and MCS in SF-36 (P ＞ 0.05).The subjective economc status was the influencing factor of the scores of PCS and MCS in SF-36 (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion People with high actual income is not necessarily with good quality of life,but people with good subjective income has high score of quality of life.Compared with the actual income,the subjective income has real impact on the quality of life.关键词
