心理弹性在认知情绪调节策略和军人急性应激反应中的中介作用研究
Mediating Effect of Resilience on Strategies of Cognitive Emotion Regulation and Acute Stress Response of Soldiers

Abstract
Objective To discuss the relationships among strategies of cognitive emotion regulation,psychological resilience and acute stress response of soldiers.Methods By convenient sampling method,1 553 soldiers were selected from a military area to conduct a group questionnaire test,and the test time was within 1 week before they participating in a military exercise.A total of 1 477 valid questionnaires were collected and the effective response rate was 95.11％.The soldiers were tested by cognitive emotion regulation questionnaire-Chinese version (CERQ-C),Connor-Davidson resilience scale (CD-RISC) and acute stress scale of soldiers.The structural equations were used to analyze the interrelationships among variables.Results The score of stress response in high score group of adaptive strategies was higher than that in low score group of adaptive strategies (t =-2.14,P =0.03).The score of stress response in high score group of non-adaptive strategies was higher than that in low score group of non-adaptive strategies (t =-11.93,P ＜0.001).The score of stress response in high score group of psychological resilience was lower than that in low score group of psychological resilience (t =7.93,P ＜ 0.001).Physiological responses to stress and psychological responses to stress were negatively correlated with dimensions of selfimprovement,toughness and optimism (P ＜ 0.05);and the two were positively correlated with non-adaptive strategies and adaptive strategies (P ＜ 0.05);dimensions of self-improvement,toughness and optimism were positively correlated with adaptive strategies (P ＜ 0.05).The non-adaptive strategy had a direct positive effect on the stress response of soldiers (β =0.374,P ＜ 0.01);the mediating effective value of psychological resilience on non-adaptive strategies and stress response of soldiers was-0.260 ×-0.216 ≈0.056,the mediating effect covered 13.06％ of the total effects.Adaptive strategies only had indirectly effect on acute stress response through the mediating effect of resilience (P ＞ 0.05),the mediating effective value of psychological resilience on adaptive strategies and stress response of soldiers was 0.484 ×-0.216 ≈-0.105.The model was well fitted (x2/df＝ 1.059,RMSEA =0.006,CFI =1,GFI =0.998,AGFI =0.994,NFI =0.998,RFI =0.994,IFI =1,TLI =1).Conclusion The non-adaptive strategies directly influence on the stress response of soldiers,but also indirectly affect the stress response through psychological resilience.The adaptive strategies only indirectly affect the stress response through psychological resilience.关键词
