Abstract
Objective To investigate the feeding artery of adrenal metastases of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC),and to provide references for clinical work.Methods Twelve NSCLC patients with adrenal metastasis admitted in the Affiliated Tumor Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University and the First Affiliated Hospital of the Medical College,Shihezi University from April 2004 to June 2016 were selected in the study.All received transcatheter arterial ehemoembolization (TACE) therapy.Based on digital subtraction angiography (DSA),we collected the data of feeding artery.Results Among the 12 patients,there were 18 feeding arteries,of which the main source was inferior suprarenal artery (10 cases),giving priority to single feeding artery (7 cases).There was no significant difference in the maximum diameter distribution of the tumor body among patients with different number of feeding arteries (P =0.072).Twelve patients were treated with TACE for 23 times,and patients with single feeding artery were treated with TACE for 10 times,(1.4-± 0.2) times in average;patients with bilateral and multiple feeding arteries were treated with TACE for 13 times,(2.6 ± 0.2) times in average.There was significant difference in the times of TACE among patients with different number of feeding arteries (t =-3.706,P =0.004).Conclusion The main source of feeding artery of adrenal metastases of NSCLC is inferior suprarenal artery.The patients with bilateral and multiple feeding arteries are treated with TACE for more times.关键词
