Prokaryotic expression of C-terminal domain of P, V and W protein of La Sota and F48E9 strains of Newcastle disease virus and preparation of their polyclonal antibodies
摘要
Abstract
The C-terminus of P,V and W genes of La Sota and F48E9 strains of Newcastle disease virus were amplified from La Sota and F48E9 strains.The six recombinant proteins were expressed prokaryotically and purified by Ni columns.And six polyclonal antibodies were generated.The results showed that the titers of six polyclonal antibodies were more than 1:2 560 tested by ELISA and the reactive specificity were high by Western-blotting using the polyclonal antibodies.The results indicated the polyclonal antibodies of P,V and W proteins of La Sota and F48E9 strains were successfullyprepared,and this laid the foundation for further studies on their biological functions.关键词
