广西猪圆环病毒2型全基因组进化分析
Complete genomic sequence analysis of porcine circovirus type 2 from Guangxi

Abstract
To investigate the genetic variation trend of porcine circovirus type 2 (PCV2) strains of Guangxi in recent years and provide theoretical guidance for effective control of porcine circovirus disease(PCVD),lung tissues and lymph nodes of dead nursery pigs from different areas in Guangxi were tested and PCV2 complete genomes were amplified.LaserGene 7.1 and MEGA4.1 softwares were used to analyze the nucleotide and genetic evolution of PCV2 complete genomes,and the amino acid variation of the open reading frame(ORF2) was analyzed.The results showed that 12 PCV2 complete genome sequences were successfully obtained from the positive samples,in which 6 of 12 belonged to the PCV2d genotype,and others belonged to the PCV2b genotype.The deduced amino acid sequences of ORF2 from different genotype showed that the amino acid sites of ORF2 of PCV2a,PCV2b,PCV2c and PCV2d had their specificality.PCV2d genotype infectious cases in pigs increased in Guangxi regions in this study,which is likely to make PCV2d replace PCV2b or becomes a dominant genotype with PCV2b in Guangxi region.关键词
