实验性1型糖尿病大鼠牙槽骨高度变化研究

Abstract
Objective To explore the alveolar bone height changes in experimental type 1 diabetic rats.Methods Twelve male Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats were randomly divided into experimental and control groups.The rats in the experimental groups were made type 1 diabetes mellitus (DM) by intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin (STZ) (60mg/kg),while the control groups were injected with equal volume citrate buffer.All animals were sacrificed after 8 weeks.The alveolar bone loss (ABL) of the first molar,second molar and the third molar were measured from alveolar crest to enamel-cementum junction by stereoscope loupe.Results The rats in the control groups had no obvious bone damage;while experimental groups showed obvious bone destruction horizontally,there was significant difference statistically (P < 0.05).Conclusion The alveolar bone damage was shown in rats with type 1 diabetes mellitus,and was horizontal absorption slowly.关键词
