Abstract
The most common types of pulpitis and apical periodontitis are caused by microbial infection,thus the core of endodontic treatment is infection control and the preferred method is root canal therapy.The infection variety,anatomic complexity of root canal and limitation of current technology make it difficult to control infection,and mechanochemical preparation is a critical procedure of root canal therapy.In this article,the difficulties and strategies of control for root canal infection were introduced.关键词
