Abstract
Implant has been redefined,influenced by contemporary patients' increasing expectations for improved comfort and esthetic outcomes.Patients with continuous tooth loss in maxillary aesthetic zone because of severe periodontitis often associated with hard and soft tissue defects,increasing the risk of aesthetics and the operation difficulty.Techniques are needed to reconstruct hard and soft tissue around the implant to create favorable conditions for reconstruction function,and reflecting appearance.This article illustrates a novel approach of reconstruct hard and soft tissue around maxillary implants using guided bone regeneration (GBR),free gingival graft (FGG)and rolling flap surgery,which achieve a good aesthetic effect.This issue provides an experience of treating patients with continuous front teeth missing due to severe periodontitis by using a combination of surgical procedures in clinic.关键词
