摘要
Abstract
The number of octogenarians and older people in the general population is increasing and therefore the number of older patients presenting with acute coronary syndrome or stable angina is increasing.Age is a strong predictor of poor prognosis in coronary heart disease population.In view of fact that a the considerable part of elderly patients are complicated with high risk of hemorrhage and ischemia,it has become a great challenge for these people to receive percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI).With the development of PCI technology,more and more elderly patients have undergone interventional coronary revascularization.This review article summarizes the research progress and clinical experience both at home and abroad to elaborate this issue.关键词
