颞三针、舌三针配合语言康复训练治疗脑卒中后失语症的临床研究

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effects of the application of Temporal three needling and Tongue three needling combined with language rehabilitation training in treating of aphasia after stroke.Methods 84 patients with aphasia after stroke admitted in our hospital from Jan.2013 to Jan.2016 were randomly divided into the observation group and control group with 42 cases in each.Patients in the control group underwent language rehabilitation training with the observation group underwent Temporal three needling and Tongue three needling additionally.The clinical effects,language ruction scores and life quality of 2 groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.48％,obviously higher than 69.05％ of the control group with statistical significance (P＜0.05).The language ruction scores and life quality of the two groups after treatment were obviously higher than before,and observation group was higher than control group with statistical significance (P＜0.05).Conclusion Using Temporal three needling and Tongue three needling combined with language rehabilitation training shows positive effects on in the treatment of aphasia after stroke,showing noticeable language fuction and life quality improvement.关键词
