鼻咽癌放疗后听力损失特征分析
The Characteristics of Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma Radiotherapy after Hearing Loss
摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the characteristics of hearing loss in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy,and to explore the possible damage location.Methods 108 ears of 54 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy were collected for pure tone audiometry results,including 28 males and 26 females,According to the survival time after the end of radiotherapy,there were 37 cases of ＜10 years and 17 cases of ＞10 years.According to the degrees of hearing loss,it is divided into mild,moderate,severe and very severe,According to the types of hearing loss,hearing loss is divided into conductive deafness,sensorineural hearing loss and mixed deafness.The characteristics of the incidence of deafness,the types of hearing loss,and the degree of hearing loss were analyzed.Results 97 ears of 108 ears have different degrees of deafness,accounting for 90％ (97/108) of which,mild deafness in 20 ears,accounting for 19％ (20/108),moderate deafness 27 ears,accounting for 25％ (27/108),severe hearing loss of 26 ears,accounting for 24％ (26/108),very severe hearing loss of 24 ears,accounting for 22％ (24/108);Conductive deafness 4 ears,accounting for 4％ (4/108),36 ears of sensory nerve deafness,accounting for 33％ (36/108)and mixed deafness 57 ears,accounting for 53％ (57/108).The incidence of female hearing loss was 87％ (45/52),and 93％ for men(52/56),The difference was not statistically significant (P＞0.05).Nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy less than 10 years of was 86％ (64/74),while that of equal to and greater than the 10 years the incidence of hearing loss was 97％ (33/34),The difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion The majority of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy have hearing loss,in the middle ear and inner ear at the same time,Those have serious impacts on patients with auditory verbal communication,they damage of inner ear mainly are the high frequency damage of the cochlea.Genders are not related to hearing loss in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy.Patients,hearing threshold increases with increasing years after radiotherapy.关键词
