Abstract
Objective To understand the application of the NAL-NL1 formula to moderately and severely senior patients with sensorineural hearing loss,to find out the modification rules of NAL-NL1 formulas,to provide reference for fitting hearing aids,and to improve the satisfaction of hearing aids use.Methods we selected 25 patients (25 ears).The comparison between the formula gain and the actual gain of the loud and soft sound formulas in different frequency with moderate to-severe sensorineural hearing loss bands was made.Results The 2 cc coupler for loud signals and the actual gain,at 0.5 kHz,l kHz and 1.5 kHz the prescribed gain and the actual gain significant were significantly different(P＜0.05).At 2 kHz,3 kHz,4 kHz,6 kHz,the prescribed gains for loud signals and the actual gain had no difference (P＞0.05),There were statistically significant differences in whispered gain at 0.5 kHz,1 kHz,1.5 kHz,2 kHz,3 kHz,4 kHz and 6 kHz (P＜0.05).Conclusion The NAL-NL1 formula does not apply to the overall loudness on the 25 with moderate to severe sensorineural hearing loss in the middle-aged patients,the low-frequency loud gain and low frequency gain of each frequency are required to reduce the gain correction to achieve satisfactory effects.关键词
