Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of fast-track management on postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery in patients undergoing laparoscopic colonic resection for cancer.Methods From March 2012 to March 2016,232 patients with colorectal cancer were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 116 cases for each.Fast-track management was used in the observation group,while the traditional rehabilitation intervention was used in the control group.It was compared of the postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery indicators and complications.Results The duration of anal exhaust,first defecation time,fasting time and recovery time of bowel sounds of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group.The incidence of pulmonary infection,digestive hemorrhage and incision infection in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group.Hospitalization stay of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,and the cost of hospitalization was significantly reduced.During 1 month follow-up,the re-admission rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group.All the differences were significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Fast-track management can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function,reduce the complication rate and shorten the hospital stay for patients undergoing laparoscopic colonic resection for cancer.关键词
