应用Retcam Ⅲ数字化广域成像系统对新生儿眼病筛查及结果分析
Screening and analysis of neonatal eye diseases by using Retcam Ⅲ

Abstract
Objective To investigate the applications of Retcam Ⅲ digital wide area imaging system in the screening of neonatal eye diseases and analyze the screening results.Methods From 1st January 2015 to 31st October 2016,1020 neonates (2040 eyes) in our hospital examined by RetCam Ⅲ were enrolled in this study.The following information were collected such as the gestational age,birth weight,age,the family history,et al.All the screening results were analyzed.Results There were abnormal findings in 366 patients (672 eyes).Among the neonates with diseases,there were 334 patients (609 eyes,32.75％) with retinal hemorrhage,1 patient (2 eyes)with retinal pigmented nevus,2 patient(4 eyes) with congenital cataract.Among 216 premature babies,29 patients (58 eyes,13.43％) with retinopathy of prematurity (ROP),21 patients(42 eyes)with ROP stage 1,7 patients(14 eyes)with ROP stage 2,1patients(2 eyes)with ROP stage 3.Conclusion Retinal hemorrhage and retinopathy of prematurity and other four kinds of eye diseases can occur in the newborn,the use of Retcam Ⅲ is helpful for the detection of these diseases.关键词
