远视屈光参差性弱视儿童视网膜黄斑中心凹及视盘周围神经纤维层厚度研究
Macular and peripapillary retinal nerve fiber layer thickness with hyperopic anisometropic amblyopia in children

Abstract
Objective To compare the foveal thickness and peripapillary retinal nerve fiber layer thickness in children with hyperopic anisometropic amblyopia,explore whether there is change of retinal structure with hyperopic anisometropic amblyopia.Methods Choosing 43 patients (86 eyes) aged 4 to 7 with hyperopic anisometropic amblyopia,measuring the retinal nerve fiber layer thickness,ocular axial length,corrected visual acuity and refractive diopter.Results Fovea retinal thickness increased in the amblyopic eyes compared with the fellow eyes,showing a statistically significant difference between them.However,no significant differences were found in the peripapillary retinal nerve fiber layer thickness (P=0.89).No correlation was found between refiactive diopter,ocular axial length,corrected visual acuity and diopter with retinal nerve fiber layer thickness (P=0.25,0.09;0.37,0.23;0.86,0.66).Conclusions There are some difference in structure of macula between amblyopic eyes and non-amblyopic eyes in children with unilateral hyperopic anisomctropic amblyopia.关键词
