角膜塑形镜对角膜的组织学影响

Abstract
Objective Measured the thickness of the central corneal,the corneal epithelium and stroma,the density of the anterior stroma,the posterior stroma and the endothelial cells,observed the impacts on the corneal tissues after wearing orthokeratology.Methods Collecting 34 cases (34 eyes) who wearing ok-lens lens in the First Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University,using the confocal microscopy to scan the tissues of the cornea,recorded the corneal thickness of the cornea,the epithelium and the stroma and the density of the epithelium and the stroma at one day,one week,one month,three months,six months and one year.Results Compared after wearing ok-lens with the before wearing lens,the central corneal thickness was reduced,became stable one mnonths later,the epithelium was became thinning,also became stable one months later,and the thickness of stroma had no statistically significant.The changes of the density of the anterior stroma had no statistically significant.The changes of the density of the posterior stroma decreased,became stable six months later.The changes of the density of the endothelial cells had no statistically significant.Conclusions Long-term ok-lens wearing has little effects on corneal tissue,and these effects become steady in a certain time.关键词
