联合泪道引流管植入治疗泪小管断裂123例的疗效分析
Analysis of 123 cases, of combined lacrimal drainage tube implantation of treatment of lacrimal canalicular rupture

Abstract
Objective To observe the curative effect and characteristics of combined lacrimal drainage tube implantation for the treatment of traumatic lacrimal canalicular anastomosis.Methods 123 cases of 123 patients with traumatic lacrimal canal rapture were retrospectively analyzed from January 2014 to June 2016.All patients under the microscope to find the lacrimal canal stump respectively,from the upper and lower lacrimal puncta inserted into the lacrimal drainage tube,along the canal into the end of the nasolacrimal duct,and the successful implementation of anastomosis.Postoperative response,postoperative results and complications were retrospectively analyzed.Results Of the 123 cases of successful anastomosis,66 cases (53.66％) were effective,41 cases improved (33.33％),16 cases (13.01％) were ineffective.The total effective rate was 86.99％.Postoperative complications 4 cases (3.25％) of eyelid ectropion and 1 case (0.81％) of tears punctal tear in all patients.Conclusions Lacrimal duct anastomosis combined with lacrimal drainage tube can be used for the treatment of traumatic lacrimal canal rupture.All of them can obtain good results.The postoperative reaction is less and the postoperative complications are less.关键词
