山东省昌邑地区弱视儿童就诊特点及相关因素探讨
Study on the characteristics and related factors of amblyopia children in Changyi area of Shandong province

Abstract
Objective To investigate the medical characteristics and related factors of amblyopia children in Changyi City.Methods 119 cases of children with amblyopia were followed up to observe the differences between various factors in different age groups.Results 119 cases of amblyopia divided into age ＜3 years group 2 cases (1.68％),3～6 years group 42 cases (35.29％) and ≥6 years group 75 cases (63.03％).The ratio of monocular amblyopia was higher in ≥6 years group than 3～6 years group.The parents' education level,parents' understanding of amblyopia knowledge and treatment compliance in 3～6 years group were all higher than those of ≥6 years group (P ＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the income level of parents between the two age groups (P=0.06).The passive factors were the main causes of amblyopia in the two age groups (P=0.48).Conclusion The reason for treatment of children amblyopia in Changyi area of Shandong province is mainly passive factors.The level of parents' education and knowledge of amblyopia are related with the age of amblyopia children.The earlier the amblyopia is found,the better the parents' compliance is.While the income level of parents is not related with the diagnosed age and treatment compliance.关键词
