集合不足型间歇性外斜视的手术方式探讨
Analysis of different surgical treatment on intermittent exotropia of convergence insufficiency type
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the different operations for convergence insufficiency intermittent exotropia.Methods 16 patients of convergence insufficiency intermittent exotropia underwent strabismus surgery,divided into children group and adult group.The correction rate of postoperative mortality in patients of two groups were compared.Results The orthophoria rate after surgery in children group and adult group were 62.50％ and 87.50％ respectively,and there was significant difference between two groups.Follow-up 3 months,the orthophoria rate were both 100％ in two groups.Conclusion It is useful of monocular external rectus recession combined with medial rectus shorten to both children and adult with convergence insufficiency intermittent exotropia.关键词
