烤烟新品种翠碧二号的选育及其特征特性
Breeding and Selection of a New Flue-cured Tobacco Variety Cuibi 2
摘要
Abstract
Through hybridization and pedigree selection, a new flue-cured tobacco variety Cuibi 2 was developed through a crossing combination Cuibi 1×Coker176 during 1999 to 2015. The results of tobacco varieties regional test in fujian province showed that the new variety Cuibi 2 had good adaptability and strong growth vigor. It was immune to tobacco mosaic virus, slightly less susceptible to tobacco bacterial wilt than Cuibi 1. The new variety Cuibi 2 had higher leaf yield, higher average price, higher ratio of the high class leaf and higher production value than the check variety Cuibi 1. It showed the favorable and well-proportioned chemical composition and good smoking-quality to meet the requirements of manufacturing cigarettes. In conclusion, Cuibi 2 is a new variety with good comprehensive characters, and suitable for planting in flue-cured tobacco areas in Fujian.关键词
