壮族盐敏感高血压患者HSD3B1基因多态性研究
Polymorphisms of HSD3B1 in the salt sensitive hypertension populations of Zhuang nationality
摘要
Abstract
Objective To determine the relationship between HSD3B1 gene polymorphisms and salt sensitive hypertension in Zhuang patients.Methods A total of 160 participants were divided into salt sensitive hypertension group and non-salt sensitive hypertension group, with 80 cases in each group.The data of diseases history, physical examination, laboratory parameters and echocardiography were recorded and analyzed;the Peripheral blood DNA of all patients were extracted, the polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorph (PCR-RFLP) technique was used to determined the polymorphisms of HSD3B1 gene rs1047303 A/C, the genotypes and allele frequency was compared between the two groups.Results The levels of basic heart rate, blood pressure, total cholesterol, triglyceride and low density lipoprotein in salt sensitive hypertension group were significantly higher than those in non-salt sensitive hypertension group (P<0.05 or P<0.01), but no statistical significance was found between two groups in the level of body mass index and high-density lipoprotein (P>0.05);there was no significant difference of both genotypes and A/C alleles frequency was found between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusions The A/C polymorphism of HSD3B1 gene is not associated with salt sensitive hypertension patients in Zhuang patients, rs1047303 A/C polymorphism of HSD3B1 gene is not the risk factor of salt sensitive hypertension in Zhuang patients.关键词
