Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression of oxidized low density lipoprotein, hs-CRP, Hcy, D-dimer and its clinical significance in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods Forty patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted in our hospital from May 2015 to May 2016 were selected as the observation group, and were divided into complete type group and localized type group according to clinical classification;forty healthy volunteers who had health check-up in our hospital at the same period were selected as the control group.The levels of oxidized low density lipoprotein, hs-CRP, Hcy, D-dimer were compared among the three groups.Results The levels of oxidized low density lipoprotein, hs-CRP, Hcy and D-dimer in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05);the levels of oxidized low density lipoprotein, hs-CRP, Hcy and D-dimer in the complete type group were significantly higher than those in the localized type group(P<0.05).Conclusions The levels of oxidized low density lipoprotein, hs-CRP, Hcy and D-dimer in patients with acute cerebral infarction are significantly higher than those in general population, and the levels of the indexes in patients with complete type are significantly higher than those in patients with localized type, oxidized low density lipoprotein, hs-CRP, Hcy and D-dimer may be related to acute cerebral infarction disease severity.关键词
