Abstract
Objective:To investigate the characteristic manifestations of ultrasound contrast imaging for hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), and to take a contrast analysis by comparing it with pathological examination so as to provide reference for clinical diagnosis.Methods: 100 patients with space occupying lesion of hepatic were detected by pathological examination, and 90 cases of them were confirmed as primary hepatic carcinoma (PHC). And the 90 cases were divided into 3 group, high differentiation group (n=30), medium differentiation (n=40cases) and poorly differentiated group (n=20). The initial enhanced time, the initial clear time and the peak time of contrast agents among the three groups were analyzed by statistical method. And to take a contrast analysis to compare the characteristic manifestations of ultrasound contrast imaging with pathological examination.Results: The initial enhanced times of high differentiation, moderately differentiated and poorly differentiated groups of HCC were (19.13±2.51)s, (19.36±1.58)s and(18.43±2.28)s, respectively. The peak time of three groups were (35.16±2.25)s, (33.67±2.67)s and (31.79±2.63)s, respectively. The initial clear time were (103.4±2.56)s, (76.34±3.78)s and(49.34±3.56)s, respectively. There were no significant difference for peak time and the initial enhanced time among the three groups (F=1.637,F=1.241; P>0.05). And there was significant difference for initial clear the time among the three groups (F=15.637,P<0.05).Conclusion: The ultrasound contrast combines with pathological examination can provide reference for correctly early diagnosis and treatment of clinical hepatocellular carcinoma.关键词
