Abstract
With the extensive development of open spinal surgery, surgical site infection has gradually become a major complication that cannot be ignored in spinal surgeries. How to quickly and effectively control the infection and promote wound healing have been current a hot topic of spinal surgeons. Vacuum sealing drainage(VSD) has been widely applied in the treatment of various acute and chronic wounds and it possessed good efficacy in controlling local infection as well as promoting wound healing. And its clinical application in the spinal surgical site infection has been reported by more and more literatures. Combined with references of domestic and abroad relevant literatures, to make a review for the effect evaluation, advantages of application and precautions of application about VSD technique in the treatment of spinal surgical site infection.关键词
