摘要

Abstract

Objective To optimize the extraction process of Panax Ginseng and Pueraria Lobata anti-aging compound prescripation by orthogonal design method. Methods The optimum extraction process was optimized by orthogonal test, the transfer rate and dry extract yield and of puerarin were taken as the index of evaluation of water extracting process, with the amount of water, decocting time, decocting times were influence factors, the ginseng total saponin content and dry paste yield were taken as the evaluation index, the amount of al-cohol, refluxing time, refluxing times were taken as influence factors. Results The optimal conditions of water extraction is adding 15 times water boiling for 3 times, each time 1. 5 h;the optimal conditions of alcohol extraction is adding 9 times 70% alcohol refluxing for 3 times, each time 1. 5 h. Conclusion The method is feasible, stable and reliable, and has high rate of puerarin and total saponin content.
