摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the influence of critical process parameters for Ezetimibe Tablets dissolution. Methods The ratio of lactose and microcrystalline cellulose ( A ) , binder concentration ( B ) , pressure ( C ) , particle diameter of raw material ( D ) was investigated by orthogonal test and the influence of the cosolvent on the Ezetimibe Tablets dissolution was investigated by single factor method. Results The best prescription was A ( 70:8 ) , B ( 5%) , C ( 40-60 N ) , D ( 10 μm ) . The amout of lauryl sodium sulfale was 2%. In the many fac-tors, the particle diameter is the critical process parameter for Ezetimibe Tablets dissolution. Conclusion Particle diameter is the critical process parameters in affecting Ezetimibe Tablets dissolution, it should be controlled the D90<10μm.关键词
